| About the Artist Portrait painter Suzana Mestric – Achey has enjoyed creating visual art since childhood. She graduated from the H.S. of Art & Design (NYC), studied life drawing at the Parsons School of Design (NYC), and graduated from the State University of NY at Purchase with a BA in Psychology. She has worked as a commissioned portrait artist since 2001. ~~~ Thank you for visiting my web site. I hope you will give me the opportunity to complete a portrait or other artwork for you. I have completed many portraits for clients that have provided me with photos of their loved ones. Many of the photos I received were old and in poor condition. It gives me great pleasure to be able to create from those photos artwork that has a special significance for someone else. Creating artwork is rewarding in itself, but even more so when it becomes cherished by others. In addition to photorealistic portraits, I enjoy being creative in my artwork.
