How to Commission a Portrait It is very simple... 1. Choose the photo or photos that you would like the artist to work from. Send your photos along with - your e-mail address - mailing address - and phone number to: Suzana Achey P.O. Box 3383 Bethlehem, PA 18020 or e-mail your pictures to artist@portraitartonline.com 3. When your photos are received, the artist will contact you to get details on how you would like your portrait completed. At this time you will also be given a tentative date of completion and final payment price. A 20% deposit will be requested before artist begins the work. 4. When the portrait is complete, you will be sent a digital image of the drawing via e-mail. At that time you will have the opportunity to review the portrait for accuracy and to request changes if needed. If you are completely satisfied and pleased with your portrait you may complete your purchase it by sending in a check, using a credit card, or making a payment through Pay Pal. 5. After payment is received, your portrait will be sent to you along with the return of any original photos sent. To ensure 100% Satisfaction, you will have up to 14 days from the date of receipt to request a complete refund (excluding any shipping costs) if you should change your mind.
